This festival stands out from many others: not only because the performances take place everywhere, on the grass, and truly come to life, as they are never far removed from the reality experienced by both audience and performers.
You don’t spend a week cut off from the world; quite the opposite, in fact – you savour the pleasure of artistic discovery without living apart from the turbulence of everyday life.
After a brief interlude between the two rounds, we dive back in, scattered about.
