New on the Garonne! Enjoy an unusual canoe trip in the heart of a unique natural area: the Garonne. Accompanied and supervised by a qualified CKBN (Canoë Kayak Bommes Nautique) instructor.
Programme:
– Meet at the port of Barsac to drop off your vehicle. Shuttle Barsac / Saint-Macaire.
– Departure of the canoes from the medieval town of Saint-Macaire and descent to Barsac (9 km, 1h30 of navigation). Throughout the trip, the guide will talk to you about the history of the river, its ecosystem and how it works, and will answer any questions you may have.
– Arrival in Barsac: wine tasting and picnic at the port (packed lunch).
Accessible to beginners – From age 8 – You must be able to swim.
