On the occasion of the publication of her book by Dervy-Médicis: Savoirs et Franc-Maçonnerie au Siècle des Lumières , Florence Mothe will be devoting twelve lectures from 28 September to 21 December to the Academies movement, which enabled new ideas to flourish throughout France around philosophers, literati, scholars and beaux esprits. This wide-ranging overview will enable us to gauge the exceptional diversity of the curiosities of this period and the originality of its thinkers and their works.
