A one-off screening of the documentary *Garonne vue par Garonne*, followed by a discussion and a complimentary drink to mark the first edition of the *La Grande Traversée* festival, which explores the Garonne through a variety of events centred on the river.
Lady Garonne defines our region and leaves her mark on our landscapes and activities through her many facets. Through the documentary for this project, *Garonne vue par Garonne*, we aim to create a poetic and sensory tool to give the river a voice once more. The idea is to present the Garonne as a tale, a person telling its own story: that of a drop of water’s journey from the depths of the earth to the embrace of the ocean.
An unconventional documentary that gives a voice to a river, offering a rare sensory experience and prompting us to reflect on its place in our lives and our regions.
