A new lease of life for the Podensac market: don’t miss it on Thursday 22 May!

After a few months’ absence and a gradual loss of momentum at its historic market, Podensac is getting ready to get back to the weekly bustle of life under its covered market.

Thanks to the determination of a number of local councillors keen to recreate the excitement of yesteryear, in-depth work has been carried out to relaunch this key event in local life. From now on, Podensac’s weekly market will be held every Thursday, from 8am to 1pm, under the covered market hall. This change will make it possible to attract a more diversified range of products tailored to the needs of the people of Podensac.

To mark the occasion, musical entertainment will accompany visitors and tote bags will be given to the first 100 market customers.
