Sophrology stories by Jackie Fauquet – National Early Childhood Week to Bazas

In this whimsical garden, you will be welcomed by Jackie Fauquet, sophrologist and storyteller. Children discover emotions through stories, nursery rhymes and sensory games.

We also breathe to make the landscape and characters twirl and discover sophrology relaxation in a playful way.
This session will help children recognise, express and calm their emotions.
