Annick KRNETA, born in 1946 in a small town in Champagne to a father of Slavic descent anda mother who was half-Luxembourgish and half-Champenoise, was, from a very young age, deeply drawn to music, Egyptology, painting and the arts in general. At the age of 11, she took part in a national drawing competition, winning second prize for a poster she created in Lourdes on the theme of Saint Martin.

She has won various prizes from the towns of Épernay, Luxembourg, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Levens, as well as a third prize of honour in Coaraze, etc.B

Having recently taken early retirement in the south of France, she has returned to her hobby and is broadening her artistic horizons by working in watercolour, pastels, acrylics and

oil painting.
