Descente de la Garonne en canoë to Barsac

Enjoy an unusual canoe trip in the heart of a unique natural area: the Garonne. The trip is accompanied and supervised by a qualified CKBN (Canoë Kayak Bommes Nautique) instructor. Meet at the port of Barsac to drop off your vehicle and take the shuttle to Cadillac or Langon, depending on the date. Throughout the trip, the instructor will tell you about the history of the river, its ecosystem and how it works, and will answer all your questions. The canoes will depart from the port of Langon and travel down to Barsac (6 km) or Cadillac-Barsac (5 km) for a journey of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival, a wine tasting and sale will be offered by a winegrower.

On the programme:
Saturday 13 June: Langon-Barsac route. Tide coefficient 74.
Monday 6 July: Cadillac-Barsac route. Tide coefficient 64.
Monday 3 August: Langon-Cadillac route. Tide coefficient 80.

Dates

Participants must certify that they are able to swim 25 metres and submerge themselves. If the participant does not have legal capacity, their legal representative must certify their ability.
Minimum of 6 participants.
