Cartoon Concert – Totem Animals by Cie KOHBA to Portets
Le 18/11/2026In the style of a fable, *Animaux Totem* explores encounters with others and the bonds that
unite and transform beings. It seeks to give a voice to the animal world, to the wild, to the untameable. Set in a sensitive and poetic world, this show is an ode to life in all its diversity. Immersed in an installation made up of gadgets and ingenious machines inspired by the early days of animated cinema, the duo Kôhba and Valentina Bencina come together around an imagination that animates and brings animals to life.
Kôhba infuses his shamanic rock energy into music of unique character, at once powerful and delicate, primitive and sophisticated: a sharp electric guitar, spellbinding harmonies, an extroverted flute, percussion made from raw materials, and sometimes unexpected instruments.
