Children’s Yoga to Bazas

The word ‘yoga’ comes from the Sanskrit ‘yug’ and means ‘to unite’ or ‘to bind’, thus symbolising the union of body and mind.

An ancient Indian practice dating back to at least 1500 BC, the aim of yoga is to still the mind.

The challenge, therefore, lies in directing the mind and calming it by channelling disturbances, thereby helping to bring about a clear mind.

Yoga sessions tailored for children: the first five stages using the Rye method (accredited by the French Ministry of Education).

Children’s yoga during the 2026 summer holidays, from Wednesday 15 July to Friday 28 August, on Wednesdays and Fridays, in Bazas: children aged 4 to 6–7: from 10.00 am to 10.30 am, children aged 7–8 to 12: from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm.
