At a time when people are increasingly questioning their identity, when transgenism is fashionable, and when no one really knows who they are, where they come from, where they’re going or where they’re at any more, it seemed interesting to Florence Mothe to look at a few historical or contemporary cases, real or fictional, in order to understand how a personality can be constructed in otherness.
