These are cookery workshops with a difference, focusing on a friendly, convivial atmosphere and exploring both local cuisine and dishes from various countries.
A chef will take the time to introduce you to the art of cooking.
5.30 pm: Guided tour and tasting led by the winemaker
6.30–8.30 pm: Start of the workshop
8.30–10 pm: Dinner
12 February: Valentine’s Day special
3 April: Asian cuisine
4 September: Asian cuisine at the Château du Pavillon in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont
4 December: Christmas special
