Japanese cooking workshops to Cadillac-sur-garonne

Dive into the art of Japanese cuisine at the Maison des Vins de Cadillac with our cooking workshops with wine tasting on Wednesday 11 March 2026 and 13 May 2026 at 6.30pm.


Two gourmet evenings await you:


1/ Wednesday 11 March 2026:


Salmon tataki with ponzu sauce ( yuzu and dashi broth)

Spring Maki (spinach, omelette, carrot, shiitake…)

Matcha tea ice cream ( tasting)


2/ Wednesday 13 May 2026:


2 Gyozas: Tuna, parmigiano, oigon and a more classic one of chicken, leek, la-hé, Chinese cabbage…
