Le 06/03/2026How about a dinner where the art of food and wine pairing is taken to its peak? Where we don’t open just one ‘good bottle’ but several magnums? An evening where your senses are carried away by open-mindedness?
We offer you a dinner where each course of the four-course menu, created for the occasion by chef Jérôme Schilling, will be accompanied by a magnum of wine from around the world.
Jean-Baptiste Ancelot, wine explorer, sommelier and author of the book Wine Explorers, le 1er Tour du Monde du Vin (Wine Explorers, the First World Wine Tour), will host this dinner with our sommelier Logan Guignot-Trufley, explaining each magnum for a tasting experience that will leave a lasting impression.
A tour of our wine estate is offered at 6pm. Please meet directly at the shop (no tasting).
