Nature and well-being musical walks to Leogeats

Meet at the Pont Bleu de Caussarieu, on the banks of the Ciron

Walk along and enjoy the sounds of nature, singing and special musical instruments. Alternating between walking and musical breaks, you can relax, unwind, take full advantage of the fresh air and experience some great sound sensations. Surrounded by sounds, silence, voices and birdsong, you’ll realise just how good it feels to vibrate with life in all its forms. If you have a musical instrument such as a shamanic drum, or bird calls, you can bring them along and join the sound of your instruments to the other sounds on offer.

If the weather is fine, it will be possible to have a picnic on the banks of the Ciron.

Remember to bring a floor mat for the beginning and end of the walk. Remember to bring a hat, water bottle and closed shoes.
