The artist is deeply rooted in a fascination with geometric shapes, particularly lines and squares, rather than curves and circles. This aesthetic preference for angular elements reflects a spirit of organisation, rigour and control – qualities that shine through in both his art and his way of life.
The artist conceives his works as human beings: built from two distinct layers.
Each project begins with a structure of black-and-white geometric shapes, rigorously organised like a skeleton. The second layer represents the physical envelope that brings emotional vitality and breathes life into the final work.
