On 1 May 2026, the Château Royal de Cazeneuve is hosting an event featuring participants in period costume.
Four associations from Nouvelle-Aquitaine specialising in historical re-enactment will take over the château and offer a variety of events, educational activities and demonstrations throughout the day, spanning from the medieval period to the 19th century: Pavillon Royal, Les Héritiers du Geste, Bal d’antan, Un PS dans l’histoire, Au grès des armes
Alongside the events: the château will be open for self-guided tours (unaccompanied visits, without a guide). Events included with an admission ticket.
