PLAYBACK FM is based on an original sound montage of interviews, news reports, and creations linked to radio, TV and the internet. This real-fake stand-up show condenses 60 years of media talk into 60 minutes.

Replayed on stage by Valentin Dilas in a larger-than-life playback, we’ll be able to cross paths with Serge Gainsbourg, Sophie Marceau, David Pujadas or even Snow White.

Their words, organised in a frantic zapping, then take on a new meaning, that of a dialogue between last century and today, between yesterday’s child and tomorrow’s adult. Between the lines, we can read the media’s hold on our subconscious in this society of information overload.
