Visit and sensory tasting at Château Toulouse-Lautrec.
This event includes meditation and relaxation workshops.
The Six Senses Tasting workshops are led by Stéphanie Dolet, who is passionate about sophrology and meditation. In her workshops, Stéphanie accompanies guests through the vineyards, telling them about the history of the Château before guiding them through a session of sophro-meditation to connect them with themselves and their senses. This relaxation session includes a tasting of two of the Château’s wines (red and white).
