A magnificent walk to the Château de Cadillac-sur-Garonne starting from Castets-et-Castillon.
The route follows the Garonne along the small, undulating roads of the Entre-Deux-Mers region. Along the way, you will discover the bastide town and château of Cadillac. On the way back, you will pass two illustrious residences, the Domaine de Malagar, the family home of Nobel Prize winner François Mauriac, and the Château Toulouse-Lautrec, home of the famous painter of the same name. Don’t forget to take advantage of the cool banks of the Canal de Garonne on the way back.
