This family-owned vineyard, established in 1973, is now run by Jean-Bernard Mussotte, a winegrower in Mazères. In the Graves AOC, the vines draw their resources from gravelly-sandy soil.

Château Cailleton is a blend of two grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This gives the wine its distinctive flavour. Produced on an HVE (High Environmental Value) estate, this wine can be kept for well over five years.

The château is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on weekends by appointment. Participates in the Graves Open House weekend in October. Tours on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings by reservation.
