Since 1826, our family has been based in Cadillac, where Jérôme Médeville, then a cooper, acquired Château Fayau and its 12 hectares of vines. Since then, eight generations have followed in his footsteps, building up a wine-growing heritage that now stretches across both banks of the Garonne. From the Graves in Entre-Deux-Mers to the Sauternes region and the hillsides of Cadillac, each of our properties has its own history, terroir and character. Guided by our family heritage, we cultivate the vines with passion, respecting the land of our ancestors while preserving it for future generations. Our commitment is reflected in responsible viticulture and a constant quest for quality and authenticity. Our wines, whether red, white, rosé or sweet, are the expression of this alchemy between tradition and innovation. Each bottle is an invitation to share and enjoy.
