Paradise Rescued is a family-run organic micro-winery in Cardan Bordeaux. Dominated by its 12th century church, our mission is to protect the heritage of the beautiful village of Cardan, support its rural community and produce high quality organic wines by hand. With less than one hectare of vineyard, Paradise Rescued is one of Bordeaux’s leading producers of varietal Cabernet Franc and Merlot CabFranc.
Come and visit our winery, taste our hand-crafted wines, walk through the vineyard, learn about “bio régénratif” and listen to our winemaker share our unique story. And then stop off in the historic bastide town of Cadillac for a lunch break, just ten minutes away.
