Just 8 kilometres from Bazas and its famous cathedral, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO as part of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route, the Caroy motorhome park offers a pleasant stopover on the banks of the river Ciron, which in autumn provides a beneficial mist for the vines of the neighbouring Sauternes region.
Close to the canoe-kayak club, the site is lit at night and equipped with a barbecue, picnic tables and a reception area.
