Amaneja – a poetic musical performance to Bazas

French/Gascon poetic-musical performance with Paulina Kamakine and Esteban Dehos, co-produced with Les Nuits Atypiques. Special mention in the 2023 Rimbaud Prize awarded by the Maison de Poésie de Paris — Maître-ès-Jeux of the Académie des Jeux Floraux de Toulouse.

Paulina Kamakine, a Gascon poet and melodist born in 1989 in Tolosa — Toulouse — received the Prèmi Ostana per Lenga Occitana and the Prix d’Honneur Simin Palay in 2022.

She stands out for her work and cultural dynamism in favour of the Occitan language.

She blends and takes poetry to the boundaries of other arts: music, song, sculpture and painting. Translated into Catalan, Spanish, Italian, Basque, Portuguese, Franco-Provençal, Alsatian and English, she has also undertaken the translation into Occitan of the work of Rainer
