The event begins with the blessing of the capon in the church of Notre Dame de Grignols in the presence of friendly and neighbouring brotherhoods, followed by the induction of VIPs into the capon brotherhood.
Mass with music and a lively meal (reservations required from the town hall).

10:00am: Mass with the blessing of the capon,
11:30am: Inauguration of the Fair with entertainment by the Banda ” Les Amuse-Gueules ” – Speeches, aperitif.
