Coffee – Meeting with Camille Elbaz to Bazas

Meeting with Camille Elbaz, author of “Seconde vie d’une immortelle” (Ed. Baudelaire, 2024), as part of the Semaines d’Information sur la Santé Mentale.

Camille Elbaz discovered at the age of 11 the rare ability to control her dreams – not only their content, but also the way they unfold.

The author then secretly began to write the story of her dreams, firmly convinced that they had real potential and meaning.

At the age of 27, her faculty took on a whole new meaning when she was diagnosed with Asperger’s autism.

Today, she sees her dreams as a kind of second chance; one that allows her, as an autistic person, to better understand the different aspects of the world we live in, and to do so in the most and neurotypical way possible.
