As part of European Heritage Days, discover the history and workings of the Moulin Neuf on a guided tour.
The tour will be followed by a tasting of Sauternes wine and local produce.
This three-millstone watermill, situated on a dry branch of the River Ciron, is thought to date from 1536. Abandoned since the construction of the Bordeaux–Toulouse railway line in 1852, a team of volunteers has set up a walking trail there and worked hard to rescue it from oblivion.
