August 1914: France calls on its sons to defend the Motherland. For Jean, a local boy and miller at the Glory mill, it is almost time to leave. On the evening of his farewell to his mother, a woman of the land and a storyteller, it is a time for memories. The history of Bazas comes to life in this show, brought to life by passionate Bazadais, whether they are extras, technicians, set designers or costume designers. 1,000 characters, horses and carriages make up this great historical and romantic fresco.

From 7pm, enjoy fast food at the Auberge des Troubadours and wooden games. At 7.30pm, discover the theatrical performance “Grégoire ou la légende du chevalier bazadais” (Grégoire or the legend of the knight of Bazas). The show is scheduled to start at 10pm.
