Documentary film by Patric La Vau (2025, 61 mins, in Occitan with French subtitles), followed by a discussion with the director and Michel Carrère.

In this film in Gascon, Miquèu Carrère talks to us about the flavours of his childhood, the demands of his profession, his cooking style, his cookery books and also, now that he has retired, his new passions: gardening, sculpture, writing and even wood pigeon hunting.
