Summer 1962, a woman confides in her psychiatrist. Every day, she delivers her confidences to him via recordings on a tape recorder. On 4 August 1962, this woman tragically disappeared, aged 36. Her name was Norma Jean Baker, better known as Marilyn Monroe, one of the most admired women of her time.

Tragedy is Norma Jean’s life. From childhood, born to an unknown father and a crazy grandmother and mother, little Norma was faced with her destiny.

This is the material that will be explored, material that is painful, emotional, passionate and sometimes scandalous, in a show combining theatre and music. On stage, the actress and two musician-actors create a sound environment that evokes the year 1962, bringing to life Marilyn’s emotions and inner drifts.
