The peak season is from August to October, when water levels are at their lowest.
Enjoy a nature walk along the banks of the Garonne to discover its unique flora, observe the birds that call these wetlands home, and marvel at this ‘lunar wave’ that surges in whenever the tidal coefficient exceeds 90.
The walk will take place at the end of the day, as the tide dictates the timetable.
Meet at 4.15 pm for a 2½-hour walk.
