Sax and Boeuf evening! A fun evening with friends or family!


On the menu:

Starter: creamy burrata, heirloom tomato and white peach salsa, homemade gomasio.

Main course (all-you-can-eat): Kamado-barbecued rib of beef with parsley, cellar master’s sauce, pan-fried potatoes.

Dessert: Norwegian omelette by Moss with lavender ice cream, roasted pineapple ice cream, flambéed with aged rum.
