Tradition of Saint John’s crosses to Bernos-beaulac

Les Amis du Patrimoine de Bernos-Beaulac invites you to take part in a day dedicated to the local tradition of Saint John’s Crosses with a workshop at 3pm.

Made from natural flowers, these crosses, once blessed, were fixed above all the doors of houses, outbuildings and inhabitants.

The workshop will start at 3pm, and flowers will be provided. Bring your scissors!

At 6.30pm, a mass will be held with the blessing of the crosses. After mass, the association will offer an aperitif, with entertainment provided by Clément Musseau and his friends.
A meal will be served at 8pm.

At 8pm, a meal will be served with a paella prepared by Le Beau-Laquais, pastries, wine and coffee included.
