Learn how to make safe and tasty wild spreads using seasonal plants,

What could be more enjoyable than going foraging in the great outdoors and being able to eat your fresh harvest as soon as you get home?

Come and discover this pleasure during this workshop, which includes a foraging session where you’ll learn to identify edible wild plants, followed by a small-group session to learn how to select the right wild plants for spreads and the preparation tips that will give you a smooth and delicious result.

We’ll provide all the ingredients needed for the recipe, and you’ll take your creation home with you (please remember to bring a glass container, such as a jam jar).

Please wear clothing suitable for an outing in the countryside and the day’s weather, and bring a notebook.
