The association “Au Pas Sage” is organising a Yogânes outing in Escaudes on Sunday 22 February 2020. This activity combines indoor yoga/meditation practices with a hike with three pack donkeys on the paths surrounding the medieval town, in small groups of three to ten people.
Our Yogânes activity combines hiking with donkeys and moments of yoga or meditation in nature. It is an original and inspiring experience for anyone seeking well-being or change. It is a discovery of rejuvenating activities marked by authenticity and sensitivity.
