Located in the heart of the South Gironde countryside, a few kilometres from the medieval town of Bazas, the Gîte de la Pierre welcomes you for a stay in a calm and relaxing environment. If you love nature and authenticity, this gîte is made for you: housed in a typical Landes farmhouse that was completely restored about ten years ago, the gîte has retained its authentic character and charm while offering modern comforts. In a preserved natural environment surrounded by green spaces, woods and a private pond, you can disconnect and recharge your batteries. Optional extras: demonstration of tree sap tapping, visit to a palombière (pigeon hunting blind), and possibly participation in a day of hunting in the autumn. Christian and Marie are committed to sustainable development and are involved in an “ecotourism” initiative.
