The house comprises 7 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a dormitory and a communal living area with views of the lake and the Garonne. Upstairs, you’ll find the large communal living area (lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and WC), an office with a single bed, and four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Three one-bedroom apartments with en-suite bathrooms and small kitchens, as well as a dormitory, are located on the ground floor. You can enjoy a large gym and fitness area, a large terrace with a fire pit, pergola, sun loungers and garden furniture.
