Grand Bos Castle to Castres-gironde
Length of visit : 45 minutesLanguages spoken
A family estate located in the heart of the Graves appellation on magnificent terroir, Château du Grand Bos dates back to the 17th century. Half of its 43 hectares are devoted to vineyards and the other half to forest. Acquired and run with passion by his grandfather, André Vincent, it is now his granddaughter, Lou, who has taken over the estate, upholding the same values: sustainable agriculture, respect for nature and preservation of biodiversity to produce a healthy, high-quality product. Since the beginning of 2020, Château du Grand Bos has been certified organic.
The wines of Château du Grand Bos are distinguished by their finesse, body and pronounced bouquet. Their ageing potential allows for a wide range of vintages to be offered. The 2019 vintage was awarded 3 stars and a “coup de cœur” by the jury in the Guide Hachette des Vins.
