St John’s Day celebrations and bonfire to Toulenne

In this picturesque spot on the banks of the Garonne, at the foot of the church, the Toulenne Heritage and History Association invites you to a festive evening to celebrate the return of SUMMER, in keeping with a long-standing tradition.

Whilst waiting for the SAINT JOHN’S FIRE to be lit at nightfall, the singer-guitarist ARTHUR, well known to the people of Toulenne, will provide the musical entertainment, whilst the ‘culinary entertainment’ will be provided by the Longin caterer, Bernard FAUGAS. In addition, drinks and desserts will be available. As for the aperitif, this will be provided by the Association.

We look forward to seeing you there, enjoying a meal together at the picnic area in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, culminating in the lighting of the bonfire – a fascinating and magical spectacle enhanced by the undulating circles of joyful dancers.
