Elliot, a shy and dreamy boy, crosses paths with a mysterious pianist who takes him to a futuristic city where music is banned by a wicked, very wicked king.
With the help of rebellious children hiding in the sewers, he leads a musical rebellion to restore freedom and creativity. Will they succeed in destroying the plastic ivory tower from which the tyrannical king spies on and controls his citizens?
