Theatre La Désertée at Un Point d’Où to Cazats

The Espace Lisse once again welcomes the Oh Ma Clé theatre company in residence.
Audrey Barrin, David Braun and Régis Renouard-Larivière have been coming and going since 2023 to work, play, sing and mix words, sounds and meanings upside down, stretch their bodies, and rehearse their show La Désertée. Written by Audrey Barrin, directed by Adèle Jayle, with David Braun, Régis Renouard Larivière, and Audrey Barrin, La Désertée is a contemporary theatre show that combines text, electroacoustic music, singing, and movement. The text is very loosely based on the Book of Job.

It is a woman’s dialogue with the invisible, both terrifying and reassuring. The words become, in turn, song, cry, celebration, babble and loving whisper…

The performance lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and will be followed by a time for discussion and socialising.
