A Visit to the Gardens – The Gardens of the Lost Castle to Saint-michel-de-castelnau

The gardens of the lost castle will be open to the public on 6 and 7 June.

You can admire the centuries-old trees in the castle’s historic grounds, the flower-filled kitchen garden, and stroll through the unspoilt natural areas.

This year, under the theme ‘Seeing’, you can follow naturalists as they carry out their surveys.

Our mysterious underground passages will offer the intrepid an unusual adventure, allowing you to explore the depths of the old Château de Mesmes.

On the programme for these two days:

Watch the teams from Cres, La Huppe Verte and La Linnéaine de Bordeaux in action as they carry out their naturalist inventories, dedicated to the study and recording of local flora and fauna.
