A family-run wine estate since 1973, it is now run by Jean-Bernard Mussotte, the owner and harvester in Mazères. In the Graves AOC, the vines draw their resources from gravelly-sandy soil.
Château Cailleton is a blend of two grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is what gives this nectar its distinctive flavour.
Produced by an HVE (High Environmental Value) farm, this wine can be kept for well over five years.
